Overview: <p>Seeking an administrative support person for a boutique commercial real estate and property management company. This individual will support the project manager and owner with a variety of administrative tasks including some general accounting. <br /><br />Position is located in downtown Pittsburgh in a modern, collaborative office environment.</p> <p>Parking or public transportation is provided. Responsibilities: Primary duties of the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will include:<br /> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Managing A/R and A/P utilizing QuickBooks</li> <li>Maintaining calendar appointments and events</li> <li>Handling incoming/outgoing mail</li> <li>Other administrative tasks as assigned by the project manager and owner</li> </ul>
Requirements: Primary skills necessary for the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper:<br /> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Prior administrative support work experience</li> <li>Some exposure to handling A/R, A/P and other general accounting</li> <li>Quick Books or other accounting software knowledge is preferred</li> <li>Able to handle confidential information</li> <li>Professional communication skills</li> <li>Organized with a strong attention to detail</li> </ul>
