Overview: <p>We are looking for a&nbsp;Professional Level II: Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Port Huron, MI.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:</p> <ul> <li>Coordination of designated contract management projects or tasks</li> <li>Participate in and / or provide support to PIHP provider network committees and workgroups</li> <li>Development and maintenance of identified administrative and service provider contracts</li> <li>Alternate for MDHHS / PIHP contract negotiation monthly meetings</li> <li>Assist with identifying network adequacy and service needs for Gap Analysis Report</li> <li>Assist with Requests for Proposals</li> <li>Assist with submission to MDHHS of CMH special approval programs</li> <li>Provide day-to-day guidance on contracts and contract monitoring for the PIHP subject matter experts and SUD provider network.</li> <li>Participate in all external audits as necessary, including MDHHS Audits and other External Quality Audits</li> <li>Conduct Pre-Delegation Assessments</li> <li>Development of contract monitoring process and schedule</li> <li>Develop and revise contract monitoring tools and reports</li> <li>Co-facilitate subject matter expert meetings / training</li> <li>Review of subject matter expert feedback for contract monitoring</li> <li>Coordinate SUD Provider desk audits</li> <li>Facilitate onsite review of SUD Providers</li> <li>Prepare quarterly / annual reports on monitoring of SUD Providers</li> <li>Maintain SUD POC Status Summary Reports</li> <li>Assist with development of Provider Manual</li> </ul>
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications<br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li> <li>Ability to exercise some flexibility in problem solving, when expected results are clear and generally set by others, provided certain outcomes are avoided</li> <li>Ingenuity is required to adapt, alter or improvise alternatives when unexpected situations occur</li> <li>Ability to exercise discretion and some flexibility in selecting an optimal solution from established alternatives to obtain the desired outcome</li> <li>Ability to use or exert influence in a work process</li> <li>Ability to be a &ldquo;work leader&rdquo; (of a person or function), or advise others</li> <li>Ability to provide, exchange or explain information which conveys an opinion or evaluation of the facts or analyses</li> <li>Ability to develop and/or maintain effective work relationships with new, established or non-receptive individuals/organizations through tact, diplomacy and persuasion</li> <li>Valid State of Michigan Driver&rsquo;s License</li> <li>Must have access to transportation</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications<br /> <ul> <li>Master&rsquo;s Degree</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience working at Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) and / or Community Mental Health (CMH)</li> <li>Experience working at Substance Use Disorder Service Provider</li> <li>Knowledge of State of Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual</li> <li>Experience in the area of Contract Management</li> </ul>
