Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide support for area of Quality Management.</li> <li>Provide support for Home and Community Based Services transition plan and related tasks.</li> <li>Provide support for external site reviews.</li> <li>Track completion of tasks as listed in plans of correction for PIHP and providers for external audit responses.</li> <li>Monitor submission of information by providers.</li> <li>Assist with Satisfaction Surveys (customer, provider, etc.)</li> <li>Assist with data reporting for quality measurement and monitoring.</li> <li>Gather aggregate and interpret data for reports.</li> <li>Participate on PIHP committees and work groups.</li> <li>Other tasks as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong> (An employee must have the following credentials, training, and experience.)</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li> <li>Ability to solve a limited number of routine or similar problems when clear procedures are available.</li> <li>Ability to solve problems from a few specific alternatives</li> <li>Ability to control own time and efforts</li> <li>Ability to provide, exchange, and explain information of a technical or otherwise complex nature</li> <li>Ability to deal with minor conflicts tactfully</li> <li>Ability to work with individuals in a positive manner</li> <li>Valid State of Michigan Driver&rsquo;s License</li> <li>Must have access to transportation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Post-secondary education.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Quality Management.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of MDHHS reporting.</li> <li>Experience with utilizing PCE Systems software related to administrative reporting.</li> <li>Experience working at Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) and/or Community Mental Health (CMH).</li> <li>Knowledge of State of Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual.</li> </ul>
