Responsibilities: <strong>Essential Functions:</strong><br />An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed:<br />&bull; Lead staff for conducting data analytics for performance improvement projects<br />&bull; Develop methods for monitoring of performance indicators<br />&bull; Develop data reports and queries related to identified areas<br />&bull; Provide data support for gap analysis and network management<br />&bull; Provide interpretation of data analysis for staff<br />&bull; Create documentation of system processes related to report and query development<br />&bull; Provide staff support related to oversight and contract monitoring of contractor
Requirements: <strong>Minimum Qualifications: (An employee must have the following credentials, training, and experience.)</strong><br />&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree<br />&bull; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access<br />&bull; Working knowledge of statistics<br />&bull; Excellent written communication skills<br />&bull; Strong organizational skills<br />&bull; Ability to present complex information in a concise format<br />&bull; Knowledge of HIPAA requirements<br />&bull; Valid State of Michigan Driver&rsquo;s License<br />&bull; Must have access to transportation<br /><br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br />&bull; Master&rsquo;s Degree<br />&bull; Experience with data analytic software<br />&bull; Experience utilizing PCE System software related to administrative reporting<br />&bull; Experience working at Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) and/or Community Mental Health (CMH)<br />&bull; Knowledge of State of Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual<br /><br /><br /><strong>NOTICE TO APPLICANTS:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>When submitting an application, be sure to include evidence that the minimum qualifications are met (resume, copy of license, copy of educational transcripts,description of years of experience, skill based experience/training, letters of reference, etc.).</li> <li>This position will be hired as employment-at-will.</li> <li>Applicants that meet the initial screening may be subject to a pre-interview test lasting up to two (2) hours.</li> <li>Any offer of employment is contingent upon a Criminal Background Check, as well as a 5 Panel Drug Screen.
