Overview: Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for a Concierge. This is a critical customer service position that interfaces constantly with residents and visitors to the community.<br /><br />Our employees receive a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Continually interface with residents, their families, guests and staff.</li> <li>Opportunity to serve a senior population and make their days special.</li> <li>Be challenged with a number of additional responsibilities including marketing, administrative work, and assorted cleaning.</li> <li>Work a consistent and stable schedule.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Exhibits superior problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Able to project a resort-like image both in person and over the phone.</li> <li>Desire to work with seniors and enjoy working with people in general.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the local community, area and region preferred.</li> <li>Great computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and e-mail.</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Driving skills necessary for safe operation of the community vehicles.</li> <li>Able to work a Thursday through Monday 2<sup>nd</sup> shift schedule.</li> </ul>
