Overview: Providing outstanding customer service to residents and guests is the key focus of each Concierge. Whether greeting guests, assisting with resident needs, or helping with other community tasks, our Concierge team works to ensure that each resident is able to live life carefree.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Be challenged with a number of responsibilities customer service,&nbsp;administrative support, marketing, and assorted cleaning.</li> <li>Interface with residents, their families, guests and staff.</li> <li>Serve a senior population and make their days special.</li> <li>Work a consistent and stable schedule; Thursday through Monday from 3pm-11:30pm.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Exhibits superior problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Able to project a resort-like image both in person and over the phone.</li> <li>Desire to work with seniors and enjoy working with people in general.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of the local community, area and region preferred.</li> <li>Great computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and e-mail.</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Driving skills necessary for safe operation of the community vehicles.</li> </ul>
