Overview: Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for a Dining Room Supervisor&nbsp;to provide a first-class lunch and dinner dining experience for residents and their guests. The Dining Room Supervisor schedules and supervises the serving staff and works closely with the Community Managers to provide a resort-like dining experience.<br /><br />Our employees work a consistent and stable schedule and receive a competitive salary, attainable profit sharing and an excellent benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Use your leadership talents to provide guidance and oversight to the serving staff</li> <li>Work in a beautiful community with a resort-like dining room</li> <li>Build relationships with residents on a daily basis</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous food service or restaurant experience</li> <li>At least one year of previous supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with residents and peers</li> <li>Basic computer skills (Excel)</li> <li>A passion for service!</li> </ul>
