Overview: Resort Lifestyle Communities is now accepting applications for a Sous Chef&nbsp;to provide resort-style food and service&nbsp;while developing strong, positive, and caring relationships with&nbsp;our residents and guests.&nbsp;Sous Chefs&nbsp;work as a team with the Executive Chef, Community Managers and other staff.<br /><br />Our Sous Chefs work a stable and non-traditional culinary schedule and receive a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Execute a dynamic menu utilizing different cooking styles</li> <li>Learn from experienced Executive Chefs</li> <li>Interact and gather feedback from residents on a daily basis</li> <li>Utilize state-of-the-art kitchen equipment</li> <li>Potential for advancement in a fast growing company</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Two years of kitchen or restaurant experience</li> <li>At least one year of previous supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>Culinary Arts or Business degree preferred</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with residents, vendors, peers and community</li> <li>Basic computer skills (Excel)</li> <li>And&hellip;a passion for food!</li> </ul>
