Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Audit current PMO processes to determine gaps in documentation, communication strategy, and processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the APMO team and provide support on process improvements for PMLC and Agile methodology by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and deliver project status reports, presentations, and other project-related communications to IT stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the Portfolio leads to ensure consistency of implementation and execution of the process.</li> <li>Facilitate multiple meetings for Dependency Management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead project management efforts for technology initiatives, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues, providing recommendations and escalating as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and report on overall initiatives roadmap.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track various initiatives status, associated financials and work with other PMO teams for periodic updates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support creation of various leadership meeting materials as required.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
