Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Audit current financial processes to determine gaps in documentation, communication strategy, and processes.<BR>&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop financial models and perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate business initiatives, including ROI and NPV analysis.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with technology teams to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead project management efforts for technology initiatives, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues, providing recommendations and escalating as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and deliver project status reports, presentations, and other project-related communications to IT stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and identify trends.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and report on overall initiatives roadmap.&nbsp;</li> <li>Track various initiatives status, associated financials and work with other PMO teams for periodic updates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support creation of various leadership meeting materials as required.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
