Overview: The Manager of End-to-End Item Management is a transformational role responsible for reimagining the ways in which item set up and maintenance activities are managed and executed across people, process and technology in ADUSA.<BR>This multifaceted role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and operational expertise to improve the end-to-end item management process through the entire item life cycle (e.g., item setup through discontinue).&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Manager of End-to-End Management leads a team responsible for driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative thinking to create new processes that optimize item set up and maintenance activities.</li> <li>Responsible for developing and implementing a vision, while aligning to best in class industry standards, to redefine and optimize processes that will ultimately streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiencies that will reduce the timeline/minimize manual intervention for item set-up and maintenance.</li> <li>Responsible for leading a team that will identify the path forward to simplify processes, minimize handoffs, and works with the PMDM business owner and product team to put forward new requirements to optimize and/or rewire the PMDM tool.<BR>Works upstream and downstream to build an optimized end state.</li> <li>Leads team that is responsible for the execution of the end state end-to-end item management approach by working with Product to develop requirements and a path forward for implementation.</li> <li>&lsquo;Product domain owner&rsquo; for &lsquo;product terms.' Responsible for working with Data Governance Organization to maintain data dictionary and champions the adherence to the data dictionary.<BR>Leads team that is responsible for data quality/measurement to the established standards; partners with the Data Governance organization.</li> <li>Serve as a thought leader by bringing best practices in data governance, automation, and master data management to the business from industry groups.<BR>Establish, maintain and manage processes to ensure KPI&rsquo;s and SLAs are being achieved end to end.</li> <li>Leads, mentor and inspires a team responsible for putting forward recommendations to change current ways of working across ADUSA.<BR>Fosters a strong sense of collaboration and a results-oriented environment.</li> <li>Leads team that heavily indexes on change management; ensuring users are prepared for changes in item management processes and standards.<BR>Drives and leads team responsible for full adoption of the end-to-end strategy for item management at ADUSA.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, technology, operations, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in product management (e.g.<BR>Agile/Product Teams ways of working), operations, or product lifecycle management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of item lifecycle management processes and methodologies.</li> <li>3+ years of leadership skills and experience, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively and delivering.<BR>Ability to drive change and innovation.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to &lsquo;think outside of the box&rsquo; to develop an approach to redesign item management end-to-end.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and insights derivation.</li> <li>Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and tools.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Lean/Six Sigma Certifications.</li> <li>PROSCI certified.</li> <li>Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of existing Product Management Systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with item lifecycle management software or tools is a plus.</li> </ul>
