Overview: Retail Business Services is the services company of leading grocery retail group Ahold Delhaize USA, currently providing services to five omnichannel grocery brands, including Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop &amp; Shop.<br /><br /><br />Position Summary:<br /><br />This role is responsible for the maintenance and support of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with analyzing and entering data, providing the business with needed reporting, developing processes and resolving issues.<BR>This position will support the Supervisor, WFA in ensuring data integrity and system functionality, researching and testing of system changes, reporting and data analysis.<BR>In addition, this position will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Engage in activities as assigned to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports and perform data flow analysis</li> <li>Enter all employee life-cycle data into HRIS solution???????</li> <li>Research and resolve system issues and unexpected system performance results; recommend solutions or alternate strategies to meet business requirements</li> <li>Audit system data, processes and documents; recommend changes/improvements</li> <li>Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects; collaborate with functional and technical staff on the same</li> <li>Identify and recommend system and process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and alternate methodologies/policy changes</li> <li>Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train new and existing system users</li> <li>Run ad-hoc reports as requested</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology</li> </ul> <br />Skills and Abilities:<br /> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a high volume, high production environment.</li> <li>Ability to work as harmonious, positive contributor to the team.</li> <li>Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Filenet, PeopleSoft, Cyborg, PeopleFluent and custom In-House solutions</li> </ul>
