Overview: Retail Business Services is the services company of leading grocery retail group Ahold Delhaize USA, currently providing services to five omnichannel grocery brands, including Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop &amp; Shop.<br /><br /><br />This position is responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of electronic payments.<BR>Providing excellent customer service to our stores and our customers for any electronic payment questions or issue.
Responsibilities: Principle Duties and Responsiblities: <br /><br />&bull; Provide excellent customer service to our stores and customers.<BR>- We take live calls and Customer relations Cases from both Store and Customers about double charges to their account and issues they may have encountered using their payment cards.<BR><br />&bull; Research issues/variances for electronic payments by working with external vendors (First Data, American Express, Discover) by utilizing their web applications, and working with internal departments (stores, IT, Store Sales and Gift Card department).<br />&bull; Recover funds from credit cards as a result of research.<br />&bull; May require working with police departments, investigators, and the IRS on fraud issues with Payment cards.<br />&bull; Reconcile the automated jobs for all EPS functions <br />&bull; Required to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement due to having access to and working with confidential information.<br />&bull; Pulling and Formatting Chargeback and fee data for all electronic tenders<br />&bull; Processing JE to the ledger to balance all the above task <br />&bull; Processing Declined Offline Transactions<br /><br /><br />Skills:<br /><br />&bull; Strong computer skills &ndash; Excel, Word, Outlook<br />&bull; Strong written and verbal communication skills<br />&bull; Organization skills<br />&bull; Ability to multi-task<br />&bull; Team player<br />&bull; Dependable and reliable &ndash; strong work ethic<br />&bull; Excellent customer service skills
