Full Time - Hybrid

Overview: Administers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (SuccessFactors).<BR>Assesses the system to ensure it meets ongoing business needs and generates reports to support the brand policies and related HR functions, including payroll, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.<BR>Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations, executing processes to support approximately 240,000 associates.<BR>Responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software, modules, and systems.<BR>Support the Supervisor, WFA with managing the work for the SuccessFactors Administrators.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet all brand policy requirements.</li> <li>Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Supervisor, WFA and other leaders.</li> <li>Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.</li> <li>Collaborates with other Human Resources staff to plan, adjust, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features.</li> <li>Identifies, recommends, and evaluates opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements and/or documentation updates.</li> <li>Supports various projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience.</li> <li>Arranges training materials, guides, and documentation for departmental use.</li> <li>Provides user training and hands-on support to HRIS Administrators.</li> <li>Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.</li> <li>Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.</li> <li>Assists with training new WFA Administrators and leads the work of the team in the absence of the Supervisor.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field required</li> <li>4+ years of experience with HR business systems (SuccessFactors preferred)</li> <li>Intermediate MS Office</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills</li> <li>HR systems knowledge.<BR>Understanding of FLSA regulations</li> <li>Understanding of ERISA and applicable benefit provisions.</li> </ul> <br />Preferred Qualifications:<br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.</li> <li>Familiar with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to keep information confidential.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.</li> </ul>
