Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work closely with experienced designers, product managers and developers in an Agile environment.<BR></li> <li>Conduct primary and secondary research to inform experience requirements.<BR></li> <li>Design users flows, create lo-fi, mid-fi, and hi-fi concepts all while maintaining the business requirements.<BR></li> <li>Present designs/process to team leads and business stakeholders for feedback.<BR></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate in Scrum Ceremonies </li> <li>Provide design elements, style guides, comps, templates, and finished solutions </li> <li>Provide feedback during sessions to help other designers on the team.<BR></li> <li>Assist in Design Thinking workshop facilitation.</li> </ul>
