Overview: This person will drive the development and strategy of the ADvantage program which is planned to deliver upwards of $130MM in annual business value for ADUSA.<BR>The role is responsible for building capabilities and driving internal connectivity at a leadership level with the Brands, PDL, RBS, and all Supply Chain functions.&nbsp;<br /><br />This position will develop best practice use-cases to facilitate supplier collaboration across ADUSA entities.<BR>This role will ensure proper division of company resources to fully support Brand strategies, revenue objectives, KPIs, and cost savings targets in scope for the ADvantage program.<BR><br /><br />This leader will support vendor participation and engagement through the design and continuous improvement of data and performance tools required by the program Execution team.<BR><br /><br />This role will be expected to communicate and collaborate with program execution managers and will be required to cultivate strong relationships across the Brands with specific focus on Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, and IS/IT, and must have a solid understanding of policies and processes that support collaborative efforts.<BR><br /><br />This lead will teach, coach, and train subject matter experts and analysts to become highly focused on internal and external root cause identification, mitigation and solutioning, to bring forth process refinement, and alternative methodologies for process improvement initiatives.<BR><br /><br />This position will serve as a liaison between Brand and Supply Chain initiatives creating an environment which fosters open sharing of knowledge and insights with the objective of advancing and growing the delivery of value to ADUSA business from ADvantage.<BR><br /><br />The role will support vendor value streams across additional vendor groups including DSD, scan based traders, private label, etc.<BR>in collaboration with Brand and Supply Chain leadership.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <strong>Essential job responsibilities:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Manage large initiatives/vendor accounts in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)</li> <li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external)</li> <li>Support managers in training and coaching Analyst III associates</li> <li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable systems, processes, and procedures</li> <li>Support development of department best-practices</li> <li>Manage large initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial)</li> <li>Manage large vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation</li> <li>Accountable for Leadership Level communication (both internal and external)</li> <li>Support managers in training and coaching Analyst III associates and assist in developing content/training for vendor open sharing forum</li> <li>Seasoned in a legacy company and either Fresh or Non-Perishable processes and procedures</li> <li>Support development of department best-practices and deliver business insights and change management</li> <li>Lead cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with teams from 3rd party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to lead improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and Unsaleables</li> <li>Help drive the implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands</li> <li>Help drive reporting on vendor and program ROI, scorecarding, adherence to KPI's, and vendor accountability</li> <li>Specialized in a legacy company systems, processes, and procedures</li> <li>Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories</li> <li>Subject matter expert of assigned Brands and Categories in store operations, category management, forecasting, and replenishment</li> </ul>
