Overview: <p>The Product Manager will serve as The principal liaison between The operational supply chain teams (warehouse operations, demand management, procurement, logistics), technology development teams and supply chain analytics team (supply chain engineers, data scientists, and business analysts).<BR>This role will own full life cycle Product strategy from concept &amp; development to deployment and execution for supply chain and drive step change improvements in operations with a focus on Machine Learning.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>This leader will lead product and feature developments that drive automated decisions with data science and machine learning to improve performance in operations.<BR>This leader is responsible for managing all communications with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership regarding all elements of their product portfolio.<BR>This leader will possess a solid understanding of software development agile practices and an understanding of data science &amp; machine learning practices.</p> <p>Lead the business COOP&rsquo;s group to deliver data analytical solutions for Supply Chain and establish best-in class data solutions at scale for the organization.<BR>This role will work collaboratively with the supply chain business analytics, product managers, IT, Early talent and the operational teams to lead the COOP group in developing reporting, dashboarding, and analytical solutions for complex supply chain problems.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Essential job functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set strategic product direction and prioritize development efforts for long term road map</li> <li>Drive the evolution of supply chain analytics from an ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding competency to a product focused development team focusing on Machine Learning</li> <li>Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development</li> <li>Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency</li> <li>Lead the prioritization of SC analytics product features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework</li> <li>Collaboratively translate SC analytics proof of concepts into scalable products through IT partnerships</li> <li>Drives overall IT relationships, budgeting process, prioritization, and resource allocation in collaboration with IT leads</li> <li>Lead the COOP program to deliver analytical and advanced analytic solutions to the Supply Chain Business</li> <li>Manage all Supply Chain COOP&rsquo;s, project setting and assisting COOP&rsquo;s to deliver products by the end of their 6 month program</li> </ul>
