As a Overnight Maintenance Tech, you will:<br /> Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Engineer IV performs a variety of advanced journey level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks which could include upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry kitchen equipment and general maintenance; may act as a lead worker for assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed; performs duties with minimum or no supervision; provides advanced support duties to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.</li><li>Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.</li><li>Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.</li><li>Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.</li><li>Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years&rsquo; experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).</li> <li>Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.</li> <li>Knowledge of Building management systems.</li> <li>Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.</li> <li>Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.</li> <li>Read blueprints.</li> <li>Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.</li> </ul>
