Responsibilities: <ul><li>Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, podiums, trashcans, dance floor, and banquet equipment for a variety of functions.</li><li>Keep banquet areas clean and organized.</li><li>Work in cooperation with other service personnel to provide a high quality of service, as well as be able to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.</li><li>Check all supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, restocking all necessary items.</li><li>Observe and enforce Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper steam table temperature, and cleanliness of work environment.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by manager.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external guests effectively.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.</li><li>Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes.</li></ul>
