As a Food Runner, you will:<br /> Shift: Start time: 4:00pm | Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg: $18 per hour including hourly wage)
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li><li>Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.</li><li>Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.</li><li>Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required.</li><li>Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner.</li><li>Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.</li><li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.</li><li>Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.</li><li>Must have strong customer service/communication skills; must be fluent in English.</li><li>Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.</li></ul>
