Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.</li> <li>Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.</li> <li>Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.</li> <li>Master all stations and rotate through them as assigned.</li> <li>Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.</li> <li>Learn and perform POS functions including redemption of comps and PENN Cash.</li> <li>Abide by all state, gaming, and federal liquor regulations.</li> <li>Provide responsible alcohol service and apply responsible alcohol certification training.</li> <li>Support company values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.</li> <li>Maintain a well-groomed, neat and clean appearance.</li> <li>Possess resiliency to deal with difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers.</li> <li>Resolves service problems according to guidelines</li> <li>Count money and change correctly</li> <li>Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
