Responsibilities: Pay details: $18.00 per hour | Shift Details: 11pm-7:30am<br /> <br />As a Lead Overnight Casino Cleaning Attendant, you will...<br /><ul><li>Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews</li><li>Assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments for team members</li><li>Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings</li><li>Aid in team evaluations and performance reviews </li><li>Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house </li><li>Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers</li><li>Able to be standing during the duration of your shift. In this role, you can expect to use your hands, crouch, kneel, and be physically active throughout your shift. You will also be required to help assist with guests, aid in cleaning public areas of the casino and be okay with constantly moving. Our EVS team must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Minimum one (1) year of EVS experience required</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred</li><li>Good customer service skills and fluency in English is required</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred</li></ul>
