Overview: If you have experience as a Financial Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Wealth Advisor, this opportunity could be for you. This is an opportunity to step into a referral network from multiple bank branches with local lead flow for growth. Must have a series 7, 66 (63 and 65), and insurance license.<br /><br /><strong>Highlights:</strong><br /> <br /> <ul> <li>Assigned an existing book of clients</li> <li>Plug into the referral network from multiple bank branches</li> <li>Complete open architecture with an Advisor driven platform</li> <li>Seeking a Financial Advisor who wants to accomplish something of lasting value for their customers, for their community, and for themselves</li> </ul> <strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong><br /> <br />Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clients Develop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales individually and jointly with licensed bankers
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serves as a coach and mentor for licensed bank employees</li> <li>Achieving sales goals while serving the client's best interests</li> <li>Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees</li> <li>Conduct internal and external seminars to focus on business development and growth</li> <li>Prioritize client needs and introduce services such as loans, estate planning, deposits, etc...</li> <li>Recognize and reward achievement of goals</li> <li>Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience</li> <li>Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals from an existing client base</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Brokerage industry experience in an advisory capacity</li> <li>You will need a Series 7,66 (63 and 65) State insurance license</li> <li>Ability to motivate others in a team environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts</li> <li>Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships</li> <li>Highly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products, and financial solutions</li> <li>Highly developed sales and presentation skills</li> </ul> <br /><br /><br />
