Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as the lead financial expert for the credit union, providing education and support to staff and members</li> <li>Help coach and mentor branch teams on identifying referral opportunities</li> <li>Plan and lead seminars or workshops to drive business development</li> <li>Collaborate with credit union departments on holistic financial solutions</li> <li>Follow up with clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and uncover additional needs</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advising or a related role</li> <li>Active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 &amp; 65), and life/health insurance licenses</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills</li> <li>A client-first mindset and passion for holistic financial planning</li> <li>The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member</li> </ul>
