Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coach and mentor your referral network</li> <li>Conduct internal and external seminars to foster business development and growth</li> <li>Prioritize client needs and introduce cross-functional services (lending, estate planning, deposits, etc.)</li> <li>Deliver a positive, consistent, and comprehensive client experience across all touchpoints</li> <li>Execute proactive post-appointment follow-up to maintain strong relationships and generate referrals</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Brokerage industry experience in an advisory role</li> <li>Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, plus required state insurance licenses</li> <li>Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and deliver them in an approachable way</li> <li>Highly developed knowledge of investments, wealth management, and financial planning solutions</li> </ul>
