The position covers multiple branches in the central California area. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct client meetings to manage portfolios and provide holistic financial solutions</li> <li>Leverage in-house referral programs and build relationships with key commercial bankers for business development</li> <li>Educate clients on investment options, insurance, and trust services</li> <li>Cross-sell banking products and maintain strong, ongoing relationships</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management</li> <li>Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 &amp; 65), and life insurance license</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and the ability to drive your own success</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of investments, insurance, and holistic financial planning</li> </ul>
