Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing client best interests</li> <li>Host educational seminars and attend community events</li> <li>Coach internal partners on wealth management opportunities</li> <li>Maintain and deepen client relationships through consistent follow-up</li> <li>Support the transition from transactional to fee-based client relationships</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3+ years of financial advisory experience</li> <li>Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license</li> <li>Ability to explain complex financial strategies in simple terms</li> <li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li> <li>Commitment to doing what&rsquo;s right for members and colleagues</li> </ul>
