Overview: <p>We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented Managing Director to lead a high-performing team of advisors. Your mission? Build a thriving office by utilizing the vast amount of tools, support, and existing internal relationships.</p> <p>This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on driving results, mentoring professionals, and turning strategy into measurable success. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of financial advisors and Practice Specialists</li> <li>Build and manage a high-performance business unit</li> <li>Drive client engagement using the Level Four Client Roadmap</li> <li>Oversee recruiting, training, planning, and performance</li> <li>Collaborate with CRI offices on joint goals and execution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and execute annual business plans and budgets</li> <li>Track and manage advisor production goals</li> <li>Host weekly team sales meetings and updates</li> <li>Analyze local competition and market share opportunities</li> <li>Maintain team alignment with Level Four&reg; Brand &amp; Model</li> <li>Report monthly to COO and quarterly to CFO on performance</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Series 7, 24, and 66 (or 63 &amp; 65), State insurance license(s)</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or related field</li> <li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; leadership and team-building experience in financial services<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of investments, insurance, and planning</li> <li>Proven ability to grow and manage teams</li> <li>Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Effective communication, coaching, and organizational skills</li> <li>A shared vision for client-first service and advisor development</li> </ul>
