A well-established bank is in major growth mode and looking for a confident Financial Advisor to lead their push into the Huntsville market. The role is tied to a referral network from multiple bank branches and an ongoing referral flow.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Required:&nbsp;Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Highlights:</p> <ul> <li>Strong internal referral network and no competing advisors in the area</li> <li>Advisor-driven platform with open architecture</li> <li>Ideal for someone currently managing a mid- to large-sized book who is ready to grow</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <p>What you&rsquo;ll do:</p> <ul> <li>Be present within assigned bank branches to build relationships and generate trust with both internal teams and clients</li> <li>Conduct client meetings to manage and grow accounts, working independently and alongside licensed bankers</li> <li>Coach, Mentor, and Support licensed bank employees - 90% of their production hits your grid</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing the client&rsquo;s best interests</li> <li>Conduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions for bank partners</li> <li>Host educational seminars to support business development</li> <li>Cross-offer services like loans, estate planning, and deposit products</li> <li>Maintain and deepen relationships through consistent follow-up</li> <li>Act as a role model for doing what&rsquo;s right for both clients and colleagues</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Background in financial advisory or wealth management</li> <li>Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license</li> <li>Ability to explain complex financial strategies in simple terms</li> <li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of investments, annuities, and holistic financial planning</li> </ul>
