Overview: <p>Bring your sales leadership experience in real estate, new home sales, retail, etc. and join our client, a Fortune 500 new home builder in a growing division where they are well positioned in their market.</p> <p><strong>Highlights:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Unique multi-brand strategy: </strong>Serving all major customer groups with multiple product types &ndash; entry level, move-up, luxury and active adult.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>Autonomy:</strong> Looking for a Sales Leader with bias for action to drive this function without micro- management.</li> <li><strong>Stability &amp; growth: </strong>Position is open due to market expansion and growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of new home sales professionals across your geographic territory.</li> <li>Lead all grand openings and new phase launches for communities in your territory.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage all Sales Staff across multiple communities.</li> <li>Recruit and hire future sales representatives.</li> <li>Cultivate, train, motivate the sales force.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive sales team to meet or beat set sales goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Motivate and coordinate between sales, escrow, marketing, construction, product development and acquisition and mortgage.</li> <li>Create new incentives and rewards for sales team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with the marketing coordinator/manager and Division Manager on marketing and advertising&nbsp;initiatives.</li> <li>Work with the realtor partners on all marketing promotions.</li> <li>Perform competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Four to six years related experience and/or training<span class="ql-cursor"></span></li> <li>Must have a vehicle and a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office and email</li> <li>Strong communication Skills</li> </ul>
