Responsibilities: <p><strong>Strategic Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with overall business goals, streamlined processes and marketing objectives</li> <li>Identify and evaluate emerging marketing technologies to identify potential opportunities for innovation and optimization</li> <li>Create a roadmap for technology adoption and implementation across the marketing department</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technology Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of marketing technology platforms like CMS, DAM, CRM, marketing personalization and automation tools and performance analytics</li> <li>Manage data integrations between different marketing technology platforms to ensure data accuracy, accessibility and efficiencies</li> <li>Monitor performance and optimize the use of marketing technology tools to maximize ROI</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cloud Migration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify the types, benefits, challenges and processes involved in cloud migration</li> <li>Investigate hybrid cloud benefits to include maximizing the value of existing on-premises datacenter equipment</li> <li>Communicate the value of moving marketing applications and content management to the cloud and manage the process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Analysis and Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of data analytics capabilities to extract actionable insights from customer data to inform marketing decision-making</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage data insights to personalize customer experiences and optimize marketing campaigns</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a team of marketing technology specialists including developers, data analysts, and system administrators</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing technology team</li> <li>Collaboration and Communication</li> <li>Work closely with marketing leadership to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly</li> <li>Communicate the value of marketing technology initiatives to key stakeholders across the organization</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant field</li> <li>10-15+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing / technology management (B2C business preferred)</li> <li>5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role</li> <li>Leadership &amp; Management Experience. Ability to manage diverse teams. Experience in building, motivating and guiding teams and ensuring the marketing strategy is aligned with business goals. Manage the human side of change when implementing new technology or processes.</li> <li>Technical Expertise. Possess a strong foundation of marketing technology landscape, including technology integrations, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, cloud migration, web technologies and asset management systems</li> <li>Data Analysis Skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies</li> <li>Strategic Planning &amp; Vision. Capability to develop a long-term vision for marketing technology and align it with overall business goals. Understand market trends to anticipate future technological needs and plan accordingly</li> <li>Project Management Skills. Proven ability to manage complex technological implementations and deployments. Working within budgeting and scheduling guidelines utilizing cross-functional teams</li> <li>Communication Skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
