Overview: <ul> <li>Nearly&nbsp;<strong>75 years of industry leadership</strong>, offering innovative solutions in a dynamic market.</li> <li><strong>Enhance investor relations operations for an organization with 9,500 employees.</strong></li> <li>Hybrid role.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The Director, Investor Relations (IR) will support strategic communication with investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.</li> <li>This role is responsible for preparing investor materials, monitoring market activity, managing financial communications, and supporting quarterly earnings processes.</li> <li>The Director will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging that reflects performance, strategy, and value creation.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist in the development and execution of the company&rsquo;s investor relations strategy.</li> <li>Prepare investor-facing materials including quarterly earnings presentations, press releases, scripts, and Q&amp;A documents.</li> <li>Support quarterly earnings process across Finance, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.</li> <li>Conduct financial, market, and competitive analysis to support IR messaging and investor inquiries.</li> <li>Maintain investor databases, track shareholder activity, and monitor trading dynamics.</li> <li>Provide insights on market sentiment, peer performance, and industry trends.</li> <li>Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and related logistics.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with SEC, regulatory, and disclosure requirements.</li> <li>Support development and updates to the company&rsquo;s IR website and digital communications.</li> <li>Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or related field required.</li> <li>Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, FP&amp;A, or related discipline.</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.</li> <li>Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, detail orientation, and discretion with sensitive information.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases preferred.</li> </ul>
