Overview: Rosendin Electric is the largest privately held electrical contractor in the United States. Our continued growth has led us to have a need for an additional In House / Corporate Recruiter. In this position, you will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, temp/contract as well as permanent placement, for positions within our company.
Responsibilities: •Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance •Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates •Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process •Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets •Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors •Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative •Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc. •Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc. •Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community •Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting
Requirements: •5+ years recruitment experience (preferably In House) with strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills •Well organized and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities for on-going deadlines in a fast-paced environment •Proven track record of dealing with hiring managers at all levels •Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo Preferred) •Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures •Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
