Responsibilities: <p>Performance Management:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and direct all daily financial center activity (employee development, enforcement of sales and service model, recommend disciplinary action up to and including termination, prepare performance reviews, coach employees to successful performance.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver corrective action as needed.</li> <li>Pull monthly reports and analyze data with&nbsp;Market Manager.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Branch Operations and Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.</li> <li>Ensures compliance through daily observation and monthly audits.</li> <li>Balance the branch.</li> <li>Compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act rules and conditions.</li> <li>Serve as subject matter expert with all branch transactions, policies and processes.</li> <li>Open and close branch.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Member Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Identifies and resolves member problems to ensure member retention.</li> <li>Resolves interdepartmental and branch issues in collaboration with&nbsp;Market Manager.</li> <li>Ensures adherence to sales and service behaviors.</li> <li>Active participation in lobby management efforts.</li> <li>Adherence to Credit Union service level agreements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Performance Results:</p> <ul> <li>Educate members to refer (cross-sell) SECU products and services.</li> <li>Coach all branch employees to success to ensure referral and branch sales goals are met.</li> <li>Participate in commercial/business development efforts.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Talent Acquisition:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in all financial center recruitment efforts to include sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selection.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong>.</p> <ul> <li>Education - Associates degree or equivalent branch leadership&nbsp;experience.&nbsp; Bachelors degree preferred.</li> <li>3+ years of successful financial service sales and customer service experience.</li> <li>Minimum 3+ years of financial center management experience in a Banking or Credit Union environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to identify and effectively source/recruit outside talent for openings.</li> <li>Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong customer service, decision making and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Consumer lending background helpful.</li> <li>Proficient in MS Word and Excel along with strong computer skills.</li> <li>Strong supervisory and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to coach, counsel, and motivate staff to build bench strength.</li> <li>High level of initiative and resourcefulness as well as&nbsp;accountability for yourself and your team.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to effectively lead your team with influence and credibility.</li> <li>Ability to effectively engage and service members through technology and automation.</li> </ul> <br />Effective January 10, 2022, SECU requires that all successful applicants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment and provide proof of such vaccination prior to commencement of employment.
