Responsibilities: <strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do.</strong><br />We are looking for a Staff Auditor to join our Internal Audit group. In this role, you will be responsible for performing audits of business activities to evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls and to determine regulatory compliance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures. You will utilize your organizational and time management skills to ensure that your assigned audits are completed within their scheduled deadlines in accordance with SECU's audit plan.<br /><br />This position will work with various types of audit software and specialized audit tools for audit process documentation, data extractions and audit analysis. You will also collaborate with other members of the audit team to develop new data extraction processes used to create reports needed for assigned audits. Strong written and oral communication skills are important as you will work with various internal partners during the audit process to communicate and resolve issues.<br /><br />Does this sound like a good fit? Requirements: <strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For.</strong> <ul> <li>Education: B.S degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related business discipline.</li> <li>Experience: 1-3 years audit experience preferred. SECU will consider accounting, regulatory compliance or financial related experience in a financial institution.</li> </ul>
