Overview: SECU is looking for a motivated and dynamic professional with a passion for exceptional service to join our Lending Team as a Financial Center Mortgage Loan Originator in MARYLAND.
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do.</strong></p> <p>As a SECU Financial Center Mortgage Loan Originator, you will originate loans from both internally-referred leads in MARYLAND or bordering states, as well as from your self-generated sources. You will generate and receive leads to and from your internal partners within SECU, including our Financial Center staffs, Community Market Leaders and Business Bankers. You will develop and maintain your own centers-of-influence and participate in networking events and other business development activities.</p> <p>You will assist with Member financial education. You will work closely with support staff to manage your pipeline to ensure high pull-through ratios, Member satisfaction, process efficiency and on-time service level delivery. You will maintain an open line of communication with Members throughout the process, as well as all parties involved (Real Estate Agent, etc.) to ensure updates are communicated in a timely manner.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>What we are looking for?</strong></p> <p>We are really looking for someone with HEART, who cares about service, builds strong relationships, who is ethical, and wants to succeed.&nbsp; Your two plus years of mortgage experience will pave the way for your success with your knowledge of conventional, government, conforming, and non-conforming guidelines.&nbsp; You will have experience in cultivating and maintaining centers of influence through attendance at networking events and other business development opportunities.&nbsp; You will have a current Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration in good standing and will successfully complete annual Continuing Education requirements.</p>
