Responsibilities: <p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do.</strong></p> <p>When you join our team as the Title Processor you will communicate, coordinate and process information received from all parties to a real estate transaction toward the goal of a smooth and pleasant real estate closing.</p> <p>At SECU title processing includes contract review, survey review, title review, title clearing, payoff procurement, settlement statement preparation, settlement document preparation, initial escrow accounting and scheduling.</p> <p>How do you do that?&nbsp; Well, you are a great communicator, right?&nbsp; You will clearly communicate with real estate agents, lenders, sellers and members to obtain required documents, keep things moving smoothly, and assure everyone is on the same page.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For.</strong></p> <p>You will need a Maryland Title Insurance Producer License and at least two years of previous title processing experience.&nbsp; You must be able to demonstrate previous high quality of customer service, both internally and externally and exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.&nbsp;</p> <p>To get the job done you will need proficiency with Microsoft Office &ndash; Word, Excel, and Outlook &ndash; for all that scheduling!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
