Responsibilities: <p><strong>What You'll Do.</strong></p> <p>You will lead&nbsp;the design and execution of best-in-class learning and skills development across all levels and functions within a network of 23 financial centers and a Video Teller Services Center to optimize organizational performance driving membership growth, member loyalty and overall member experience.&nbsp; The Sales &amp; Service Development Leader will lead a diverse team of sales and service coaches and will partner with key stakeholders on all learning &amp; development initiatives, including but not limited to product managers, organizational learning consultants and business partners.&nbsp; Through a holistic view of knowledge retention and employee experience, this role will identify skills gaps and build agile and adaptive learning and development solutions to align with defined business performance requirements, optimizing individual contribution and overall employee engagement to drive measurable business impact results.</p> <p>Key responsibilities will include leading all aspects of SECU&rsquo;s sales &amp; service development initiatives from needs assessment to program evaluation and effectiveness, in an effort to drive desired business outcomes.&nbsp; Design and deploy&nbsp;learning assets and effective coaching and accountability models that support knowledge of a first-class sales and service culture.&nbsp; With a focus on a solutions-based sales ideology, you will cultivate and sustain a culture that centers on being helpful and supportive where we provide a robust portfolio of products and services to meet our members' holistic financial needs&nbsp;(e.g. mortgage lending, wealth management, business banking).</p> <p>You will also actively identify and coach financial center leaders on opportunities to raise employee awareness around the need to improve knowledge and problem resolution.&nbsp; Conduct branch meetings around referral and sales opportunities and prepare morning huddle templates and job aids for consistent use on the job.&nbsp; Liaise with key stakeholders and centers of influence to continuously build and reinvent sales &amp; service delivery learning initiatives that drive organizational critical measures.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>What We're Looking For.</strong></p> <p>Strong business acumen and direct experience with advising consumers on retail banking, lending, business banking and wealth management products and services.&nbsp; Consultative skills that&nbsp;drive effective collaboration with business stakeholders.&nbsp; 10+ years financial services leadership experience with a proven track&nbsp;record of creating a performance-driven coaching and development model, executing on sales &amp; service programs and initiatives.</p> <p>Experience with designing and delivering effective sales &amp; service leadership development and coaching programs.&nbsp; Superior project management and time management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables and activities.&nbsp;</p> <p>Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Management, Human Resources Development or related field, preferred.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
