Overview: <br />The Manager, Marketing Technology is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a framework for and effectiveness of marketing technologies in order to increase ROI across all product lines. This position will ensure integrations across all marketing digital platforms are adhering to a consistent architecture; will work with the marketing team to lead testing and optimization of marketing concepts; will stay current with releases for marketing automation and CDP platforms and will recommend any new technologies that could aid in more effective marketing processes. This position will also serve as the internal marketing technology subject matter expert and facilitate, promote, and support a test-and-learn culture.<br /><br /><br /> <div><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Work Environment:<br /><br /></span></strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Travel Required: Occasional 0-10%.</span></div>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Responsible for staying current on new marketing technology-related releases, training team on new technologies, such as marketing automation, web personalization and serves as internal subject matter expert for the organization.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation programs to increase effectiveness, including audience segmentation, personalization.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Support web and email personalization technologies by driving use case development to improve member experience across different channels.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Serves as Marketing Department liaison with the Technology Department.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Design and develop scalable middleware applications to complete system integration gaps.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Work with the marketing team to maintain consistent campaign tagging and cross-channel tracking.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Work with the business intelligence team to develop marketing dashboards and a structure for attribution models.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Develop and implement, within existing technologies or new technologies, a cross-channel campaign management architecture.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Drive technology development and optimization of marketing processes, systems, and infrastructure to enable the marketing team to scale.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Conduct multivariate and A/B concept and creative testing in collaboration with the marketing team.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Partner with Business Intelligence team to ensure correct tracking codes are installed and tracking appropriate metrics.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent relevant experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">5-7 years in marketing technology, digital marketing, or technology role required. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining marketing technologies. Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, web analytics tools (Google Analytics/etc.), and MS Office Suite of products, including advanced-level skill with Excel.
