Business Development & Support Functions

Overview: <br />Responsible for managing and ensuring an optimal infrastructure for Human Resources end-to-end processes, systems, and services that support the finest experience for SHRM&rsquo;s internal staff, the HR resources, and our servicing partners. The Manager, HR Infrastructure has responsibility for the HRIS system (Dayforce), HR compliance, workforce analytics, processes, and HR document management. Responsible for guiding, coaching, and developing a team of Specialists that constantly improve and strengthen the delivery of HR capabilities for the organization.<br /><br /> <div><strong><br />Work Environment:&nbsp;<br /><br /></strong>Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel Required: Occasional 0-10%.</div>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Manages HR processes, analyzes, and optimizes the delivery of HR services to the organization, either internally or through our service providers, to ensure an optimum experience for our staff and service partners.</li> <li>Leads the administration of Dayforce and optimizes the system functionality through team members and liaising with third parties and consultants. Is responsible for managing and monitoring systems access for each HR role, Finance, and others as necessary.</li> <li>Leads team responsible for the timely onboarding and offboarding of staff, data entry of employee changes, and accuracy of employee&rsquo;s records in HRIS systems, Dayforce.</li> <li>Responsible for HR Compliance activities in coordination with the extended HR team, Payroll team, Technology team, and third parties.</li> <li>Supports audits involving employee information and assigns responsibilities to team members and others to ensure timely response and accuracy of information.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluates audit results and prepares action plans to address issues as necessary.</li> <li>Defines and deploys methods for managing HR Records in compliance with applicable regulations.</li> <li>Develops HR metrics and dashboards and ensures on-time delivery of Workforce analytics, reports, and metrics for management decision making.</li> <li>Oversees the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensures proper documentation, updates, and appropriate distribution and communication.</li> <li>Receives, manages, and solves escalation of issues regarding the areas of responsibility and Dayforce.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or extensive related experience in areas of responsibilities</li> <li>8 years of progressive experience that includes HR process management, HR systems, and/or HR compliance</li> <li>1-2 years of experience supervising team preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with HRIS development or implementation</li> <li>Knowledge of employment law and regulations&nbsp;</li> <li>Systems savvy and robust data analysis skills; smart, curious</li> <li>Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate a high sense of urgency.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong planning and organizational skills with the agility to switch gears and focus quickly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent time management/project management skills.</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills; ability to provide consultative advice and interact with all levels of leadership.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to lead, directly or indirectly, to deliver on projects and management initiatives.</li> <li>Knowledge of industry benchmarking practices through industry interaction and building external networks.</li> <li>Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li> <li>Candidates must have a proven commitment to SHRM's six Guiding Principles:</li> <ul> <li>Bold Purpose</li> <li>Excellence &amp; Accountability</li> <li>Flexibility &amp; Agility</li> <li>Smart &amp; Curious</li> <li>Collaborative Openness</li> <li>Push Back to Move Forward</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div><strong><br />Certifications:<br /><br /></strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>SHRM CP/SCP.
