Overview: <br />The Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) is responsible for working with SHRM sales teams to understand enterprise member/customer needs and adapting the SHRM solution set to create appropriate solution offerings specific to individual enterprise needs. This position is the foremost Sales team authority on SHRM product and service solution components and provides feedback to SHRM product owners regarding customer reactions and suggested product innovations and evolution.<br /><br /> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <p class="resetParagraphCSS">Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Advise SHRM Enterprise Solutions partners on the latest best practices in HR, people and talent. Speaks passionately and with purpose to client partners.</li> <li>Develops a deep knowledge of SHRM enterprise solution packages and offerings, and the components that comprise those offerings.</li> <li>Participates in SHRM Sales team meetings with enterprise members and clients to develop an understanding of specific client needs.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to create, develop and close SHRM enterprise proposals.</li> <li>Assesses client reaction to SHRM proposals and adapts future proposal efforts accordingly.</li> <li>Participates in post-implementation assessments with clients to determine the effectiveness of SHRM solutions and adapt future solution proposals accordingly.</li> <li>Works with SHRM product owners in the product development lifecycle to guide and shape future product development and evolution based on client requirements and feedback.</li> <li>Lead new product activations for customized client proposals.</li> <li>Support the design of new enterprise experiences, such as at conferences and events.</li> <li>Track &amp; analyze enterprise needs and convert them into product development.</li> <li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s and/or advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field; or extensive relevant experience</li> <li>5+ years of professional experience working to develop HR-related products, or human capital consulting experience</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>Preferred:<br /></strong><br /> <ul> <li>Solid experience interacting with senior-level clients/management, including presentation of complex concepts, negotiating difficult situations and developing solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated influencing abilities, public speaking, social media presence are highly desirable</li> </ul> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><br /><strong>Certifications:</strong><br /><br /></p> <ul> <li>SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred</li> </ul> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><br /><br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong><br /><br /></p> <ul> <li>Strong client interaction skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to synthesize customer requirements based on accumulated information and data.</li> <li>Strong listening skills in the context of consultative interviewing and selling.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel.</li> <li>Strong teamwork orientation.</li> <li>A future orientation &ndash; demonstrated ability to anticipate and incorporate future trends and developments into SHRM offerings.</li> <li>Gets people excited; you are in it to win it; you are passionate about mobilizing and inspiring organizations into building better workplaces</li> </ul> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><br /><br /><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br /><br /></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.</li> </ul>
