Overview: <br />SHRM marketing applies an audience-centric model to its operations. In this role the Lead, Marketing Audience Segment will spearhead the logistics of the Executive Network service offering, ensuring an optimal product delivery for customers and prospects. This position requires a broad view of the business operations, and fierce collaboration across departments to ensure that this audience of senior-level HR leaders has an exceptional experience with SHRM.<br /><br /> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br /><br />Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel Required: Moderate 20-30%.</p>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Manage the operations necessary for converting and onboarding new Executive Network members, including collaboration with the Membership, Customer Experience, and Sales.</li> <li>Continually optimize the lead management process and nurturing cadences.</li> <li>Assist in the delivery of members&rsquo; experiential benefits including webinars, in-person events, etc.</li> <li>Provide data support and analysis, including pipeline reporting, cross-system QA, forecasting, etc.</li> <li>Manage the development and availability of credibility assets, including customer logo sheets, testimonials, satisfaction surveys, etc.</li> <li>Project manage cross-department initiatives ensuring the flawless orchestration of omnichannel campaigns.</li> <li>Oversee the membership renewal processes, continually coordinating across teams and optimizing touchpoints across email, digital, direct mail and personal outreach.</li> <li>Be the driver of customer engagement, ensuring memorable experiences, acting on surprise and delight opportunities, etc.</li> <li>Day-to-day assistance in budget management and performance reporting with partners in Finance and Business Intelligence.</li> <li>Monitor and provide analysis on the competitive landscape.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required</li> <li>At least 8 years of progressively complex experience in marketing and/or public relations</li> <li>Experience in project management, traditional and digital marketing communications, email marketing and digital tools, reporting and analysis, and budgeting.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive process management and cross-team collaboration.</li> <li>Exceptional writer, with a deep understanding of marketing tailored for customer engagement and lead nurturing.</li> <li>Previous oversight of reporting and performance analysis.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage large projects and effectively influence colleagues.</li> <li>Highly responsive and able to effortlessly adapt to change</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>Appetite to innovate, fail-fast, and be smart &amp; curious</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li> </ul> <p class="resetParagraphCSS"><br /><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br /><br /></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.</li> <li>Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.
