This role demonstrates that SHRM&rsquo;s events, products and services advance the HR profession, and ultimately build a better world of work.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br /></span></span> <div><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br /><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: medium;">Travel Required: Occasional 0-10%.</span></div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Act both strategically and tactically; from the creation of plans and process to hands-on execution of day-to-day marketing activities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Develop differentiated and compelling features/benefits messaging that is tailored for target audience segments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Produce content and collateral mapped to the full buyers&rsquo; journey, including product playbooks, presentations, features/benefits assets, digital properties, multimedia and sales tools.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Generate qualifications materials including case studies, testimonials, user research, and performance metrics.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Understand market trends and the competitive landscape. Effectively apply this knowledge to improve go-to-market strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing&rsquo;s impact on product/service revenue.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Own the internal communications of products-related information to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Serve as the marketing liaison with Sales and Customer Service as it relates to the needs of customer acquisition, onboarding, and cross-sell opportunities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Drive marketing communications related to the direct adoption, usage, and retention of product users.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing promotion of business partners and affinity relationships.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent relevant experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">At least eight (8) years of experience in product and/or professional services marketing role, 3+ years of management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Ability to translate complex and technical subject matter into value propositions that resonate with mid-sized to enterprise-tier clients and their leaders.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Broad communications background with a demonstrated mix of internal and external communications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with senior stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Proven project management skills in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Analytical mindset, with experience gathering, synthesizing, and mining value from high volumes of data.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">An eye for visual presentation, with a track record of delivering world-class marketing and sales assets.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Experience applying marketing technologies, including Salesforce and Marketo (or similar solutions), to product marketing and sales processes.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Innovative, fail-fast, and inquisitive</span></li> </ul> <br /><br /></div> <div><strong>Certifications:</strong><br /><br /></div> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Google AdWords Certification&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </div> <div><br /><br /><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br /><br /></div> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing.
