Overview: <br />SHRM marketing applies an audience-centric model to its operations. In this role, the Lead, Marketing Audience Segment will spearhead the logistics of the Executive Network service offering, ensuring an optimal product delivery for customers and prospects. This position requires a broad view of the business&rsquo; operations, and fierce collaboration across departments to ensure that this audience of senior-level HR leaders has an exceptional experience with SHRM.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br /> <div><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br /><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: medium;">Travel Required: Moderate 20-30%.</span></div>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Manage the operations necessary for converting and onboarding new Executive Network members, including collaboration with the Membership, Customer Experience, and Sales.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Continually optimize the lead management process and nurturing cadences.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Assist in the delivery of members&rsquo; experiential benefits including webinars, in-person events, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Provide data support and analysis, including pipeline reporting, cross-system QA, forecasting, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Manage the development and availability of credibility assets, including customer logo sheets, testimonials, satisfaction surveys, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Project manage cross-department initiatives ensuring the flawless orchestration of omnichannel campaigns.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Oversee the membership renewal processes, continually coordinating across teams and optimizing touchpoints across email, digital, direct mail and personal outreach.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Be the driver of customer engagement, ensuring memorable experiences, acting on surprise and delight opportunities, etc.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Day-to-day assistance in budget management and performance reporting with partners in Finance and Business Intelligence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Monitor and provide analysis on the competitive landscape.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <div><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong><br /><br /></div> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">At least 8 years of progressively complex experience in marketing and/or public relations</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Experience in project management, traditional and digital marketing communications, email marketing and digital tools, reporting and analysis, and budgeting.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Proven ability to drive process management and cross-team collaboration.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Exceptional writer, with a deep understanding of marketing tailored for customer engagement and lead nurturing.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Previous oversight of reporting and performance analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Proven ability to manage large projects and effectively influence colleagues.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Highly responsive and able to effortlessly adapt to change</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Appetite to innovate, fail-fast, and be smart &amp; curious&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Highly organized and detail-oriented.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.
