Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Advanced CRM Management:</strong>&nbsp;Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of the CRM tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement advanced tactics to optimize data use and reporting.</li> <li><strong>Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Perform weekly and monthly sales reporting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement and Reporting:</strong>&nbsp;Develop and refine reports and procedures to identify and rectify data discrepancies. Play a key role in enhancing sales data integrity and reliability.</li> <li><strong>Sales Process Training and Compliance:</strong>&nbsp;Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Sales Processes and CRM tool usage. Ensure company-wide adherence to policies and procedures, acting as a subject matter expert.</li> <li><strong>Interdepartmental Liaison:</strong>&nbsp;Act as a key point of contact between sales and other departments, facilitating communication, research, and support for post-contract execution activities.</li> <li><strong>Support and Initiative:</strong>&nbsp;Proactively support the sales team in various capacities, demonstrating initiative and ownership in all tasks.</li> <li><strong>Sales Process Training and Compliance:</strong>&nbsp;Facilitate comprehensive training sessions focused on maximizing the utilization of CRM tools within the context of sales and customer success processes.</li> <li><strong>Collect and analyze data:</strong>&nbsp;Prepare recommendations for sales leadership, particularly related to team and customer performance.</li> <li>Enhance and/or develop standard dashboards and reports; ability to communicate and champion these throughout the Sales and Customer Success team.</li> </ul>
