Overview: The Specialist, Omnichannel Organization &amp; Publication Production Logistics will play an essential role in the organization and management of production across SHRM creative services function. Including the conceptualization and creation of omnichannel design project management documents and coordination with SHRM publications vendors. Focusing on both SHRM&rsquo;s print/digital publication portfolios and general design projects, this position will partner with various marketers and internal stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality projects guided by brand consistency, creative excellence, compliance, and strategic best practice principles.&nbsp;<br /><br /> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.</li> <li>Expected travel is 0-10% of the time.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work in partnership with the Manager, Omnichannel Organization &amp; Outreach to develop and maintain organizational management documents and tools to aid in overall logistics management of creative projects.</li> <li>Collaborate with Lead, Publications Producer to execute on all aspects of production management surrounding SHRM&rsquo;s print and digital publications, including photography management, coordinating with various stakeholders on production schedules and vendor file delivery.</li> <li>Develop and adhere to timelines and production schedules for creative deliverables within existing project management system.</li> <li>Maintain an active familiarity with SHRM&rsquo;s audience and products and services to ensure final project deliverables are effectively speak to customer needs and personas.</li> <li>Contribute to brainstorming and the strategic development of organizational logistics needs.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience and training).</li> <li>At least three (3) years of agency experience working on branding, integrated digital campaigns, print design delivery, and web.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite products that include but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe InDesign CC, and Adobe Illustrator CC. Working knowledge of web design tools and Figma.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint/Keynote; design experience in PowerPoint or other presentation tools is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience working on a wide range of functions including publication design and formatting, branding, marketing, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website, newsletters, video editing and print.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong ability to prioritize projects based on business need and direction from Manager, Omnichannel Organization &amp; Outreach and Lead, Publications Producer.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong communication, collaboration, and active-listening skills for receiving feedback and providing recommendations in a constructive solutions-oriented manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.&nbsp;</li> <li>Solutions-oriented thinker.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br /> <p><em>The hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $91,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
