Overview: As a Senior Specialist, Executive Content, you play a vital role within our organization, shaping and executing our executive communication strategy. Reporting directly to the manager of B2B content, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop compelling content that reflects our brand&nbsp;voice, values, and strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility is to create high-quality written content for various platforms, including speeches, presentations, articles, blog posts, op-eds, and internal communications.&nbsp;<br /><br /> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work is primarily conducted in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Expected office presence of 3 days per week.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimal travel requirements, less than 10%.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive executive content strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create high-quality written content for various platforms, including speeches, presentations, articles, blog posts, op-eds, and internal communications.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct research and gather relevant information to support content development, ensuring accuracy and credibility.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance on messaging and positioning to enhance executive communication effectiveness.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive communication and content creation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties assigned. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, journalism, or related roles, with a focus on writing short-form articles, blog posts, or interviews, preferably for a B2B/enterprise audience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience conducting interviews, gathering information, and checking facts throughout the content creation process.&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong portfolio of work, including Q&amp;A pieces, short-form original reporting, and second-day analysis pieces.&nbsp;</li> <li>History of working with communications, marketing, and sales colleagues to create content supporting brand campaigns and other initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with a diverse audience of HR leaders and business decision-makers.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital media tools, content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred) and basic multimedia storytelling techniques.&nbsp;</li> <li>Passion for storytelling, curiosity about business topics, and a desire to stay informed about industry trends and developments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in successful project management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Capable of performing essential duties with reasonable accommodations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work involves sitting, talking, hearing, and typing, with visual acuity required for keyboard usage, data analysis, and computer terminal operation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Occasional light lifting may be necessary.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <div class="job-posting-section"> <p><em>The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $100,000 per year.
