Overview: <h4>As a Project Manager, you are at the forefront of overseeing and executing both internal and client-focused projects within our Enterprise Solutions business. This role demands a blend of project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.<br /><br /></h4> <h4><strong>Work Environment:</strong></h4> <h4>Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and conference settings and routinely uses standard office equipment.</h4>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop detailed project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate various teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet client and internal expectations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct regular project meetings and performance reviews, ensuring team alignment with project goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee project budgets, efficiently allocate resources, and manage operational aspects of each project.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure projects are executed with the utmost quality and compliance standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li> <li>Effectively facilitate communication and interaction among functional representatives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in formal project management methodologies.</li> <li>Strong business accounting acumen applicable to internal project management.</li> <li>Proficient with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience in a B2B organization specializing in events and client deliverables.</li> <li>Knowledge of Human Resources and Leadership Development professional services is advantageous.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <div class="job-posting-section"> <p>The hiring range for this position is $82,000 to $107,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
