Overview: <p>We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Manager, Brand with a passion and proven record for experiential marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on creating impactful brand experiences, bringing brands to life at events, managing paid media strategy, working with agencies, and collaborating with influencers.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a fast-moving team with big ambitions. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is quick, organized, big strategy-oriented, insanely creative, asks smart questions, and drives SHRM to new heights. We aren&rsquo;t afraid to break the mold and want this manager to have outside industry experience to bring a fearless experimental attitude to the table.</p> <p>SHRM is a matrixed organization, and the Brand team sets the tone. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can command a strategy, mobilize cross-functional teams, and mobilize internal support and belief in Brand&rsquo;s vision. We&rsquo;re excited for where SHRM is headed and know this opportunity is for someone who shares that passion to dream big.<br /><br /></p> <h4><strong>Work Environment:</strong></h4> <p><strong>Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Travel:</strong>&nbsp;0 &ndash; 10%</p>
Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.</li> <li>Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and immersive brand experiences.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing materials.</li> <li>Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.</li> <li>Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.</li> <li>Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with other brands, organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.</li> <li>Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li> <li>A Master's of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.<br /><br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in brand management, with a focus on experiential marketing, and influencer marketing.</li> <li>Agency experience required.</li> <li>Must have experience managing large budgets and managing multiple direct reports.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></h4> <ul type="disc"> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.</li> <li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></h4> <p>This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
