Overview: <p>The Manager of Revenue Enablement serves as a strategic partner in Sales and Marketing, turning marketing momentum into measurable sales impact. As part of SHRM&rsquo;s Performance Marketing Pod, this role operationalizes the connection between Demand Generation, Sales, and Analytics, ensuring that insights, content, and tools flow seamlessly to drive pipeline velocity, conversion, and customer growth.</p> <p>The Manager oversees the creation, organization, and performance of sales enablement programs and assets that align with buyer needs and SHRM&rsquo;s go-to-market strategy. Working closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and the Adobe Engine teams, this role ensures every qualified lead is equipped, nurtured, and converted through data-driven enablement programs that enhance both customer acquisition and retention.<br /><br /></p> <h4><strong>Work Environment:</strong></h4> <p><strong>Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote):<br /></strong><br />This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote.&nbsp; Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00&ndash;9:00 a.m. and concluding between 5:00&ndash;6:00 p.m. local time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as the connective bridge between Marketing and Sales, co-owning revenue outcomes and ensuring that insights, content, and processes enable both teams to perform at their highest level.</li> <li>Collaborate directly with Sales leadership to identify barriers to conversion and co-develop solutions that improve win rates, deal velocity, and retention.</li> <li>Operationalize the Performance Pod strategy by integrating marketing, sales, and analytics insights into a continuous feedback loop that drives performance optimization.</li> <li>Design and lead strategic enablement initiatives such as playbooks, training, and readiness programs that align Sales priorities with marketing campaigns and buyer insights.</li> <li>Partner with Demand Generation and Product teams to ensure all campaigns and materials are informed by real-time sales feedback and market intelligence.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics &amp; Optimization team to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies collaboratively with Sales.</li> <li>Champion a culture of collaboration and learning by facilitating regular cross-functional syncs to share insights, best practices, and voice-of-customer learnings.</li> <li>Oversee the creation, adoption, and optimization of enablement assets, ensuring they&rsquo;re not only accessible and current but also tailored to real-world selling scenarios.</li> <li>Contribute to go-to-market strategy discussions, bringing frontline feedback from Sales and customers to inform messaging, targeting, and offer design.</li> <li>Use AI and automation tools to deliver timely, data-informed recommendations to Sales teams&mdash;helping them act on buyer intent, engagement signals, and opportunity insights.</li> <li>Manage enablement systems and budgets to maximize visibility, adoption, and return on investment across the revenue lifecycle.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Seven (7) or more years of marketing sales enablement experience.</li> <li>Proven experience as a People Manager.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Certifications:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Certifications in the Adobe Experience tools a plus.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Strategic collaborator with proven ability to build trust and influence across Marketing, Sales, and Product organizations.</li> <li>Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue acceleration strategies, with a focus on partnership and shared accountability.</li> <li>Skilled in translating data and insights into actionable strategies that improve both marketing performance and sales execution.</li> <li>Expertise in orchestrating cross-functional feedback loops between marketing, analytics, and sales to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, and sales enablement platforms, with ability to integrate systems for end-to-end visibility.</li> <li>Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead working sessions, capture insights, and translate them into strategic actions.</li> <li>Adept at change management and stakeholder alignment, ensuring new programs and tools are embraced and adopted across teams.</li> <li>Ability to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to surface insights, streamline processes, and enable smarter sales engagement.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in influencing without direct authority to align multiple teams around shared revenue outcomes.</li> <li>Proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.</li> </ul> <br /> <h4><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p>This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
