The Sales Manager manages a team of outside sales reps involved in door-to-door sales.</p> <p>The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving energy-specific sales results across designated territories. In this role, you will be spend most of your time engaged in management duties such as interviewing, hiring, selecting and training, mentoring, coaching, planning, assigning and prioritizing work, and evaluating and coaching your group of Energy Sales Reps.</p> <p>We offer excellent sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared. Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have field sales experience.</li> <li>3+ years sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals</li> <li>Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail</li> <li>Leadership experience &ndash; demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold a team accountable to achieve a common goal</li> <li>Results- proven track record of outperformance at the individual and ideally team level</li> <li>Effective demonstration of sales process, ability to identify buying criteria, Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with</li> </ul>
